• Inventory Build. SKC Solutions employs a rigorous data collection methodology to create a detailed and highly accurate baseline wireline inventory. Data is aggregated and cross-referenced from a multitude of sources, such as invoices, CSRs, site lists, accounts payable records, carrier contracts and more.
• Audit. Once your baseline inventory is complete, our telecom analysts scrutinize your wireline service costs for every potential savings opportunity. After making sure you’re paying the right rates for only the services you need, we interface directly with your vendors to prevent billing errors from reoccurring.
• Optimization. SKC Solutions performs an extensive site-based optimization and engineering analysis to ensure that your wireline services are right-sized to fit your business infrastructure.
